The Innoseal itself is remarkably sophisticated, constructed of Hostaform ABS, a very high impact ballistic plastic and extremely stain resistant. It is the same plastic used for telephones and football helmets.
Ingeniously designed, the Innoseal provides a high quality closure which can be easily opened and resealed without damaging the bag.
The InnoSeal applies a special tape made of natural rubber plasticized adhesives to the neck of the bag. The result is a tape seal that can be opened and resealed as often as required. The Innoseal is easy to open, tamper evident, re-sealable and airtight.
The Innosealer is the only tamper evident bag closure available and is a quick, safe and economical alternative to twist ties and kwic-locs.
APPLICATIONS:
Bakery: Countertop, face of bread-slicing machine.
Meat: For use on whole chickens, chicken parts hamburger, liver, sausages. Anything bagged (natural rubber adhesive holds greasy bags).
Deli: For sliced meats, cheese - grated Parmesan, Romano, etc.
Seafood: Shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, fresh fish. Most seafood departments are currently using tape seal systems. However, the adhesive will not hold well due to the wet environment. Hence, the customer's bag opens prior to getting home. The InnoSeal sticks well on wet and greasy bags.
Produce: Bags of lettuce, carrots, apples, onions, garlic, beets, beans - anything bagged.
Ice: Blocked or Cubed.
Bulk: When store staff does pre-packing/pre-pricing.

This is a single Innosealer machine. The Innosealer is pre-loaded with 1 roll of tape/paper good for approx 1,000 seals. You can purchase the machines by the case of 6 as well. You will also want to purchase the Refill kit. We also have the Starter kit which includes a single machine and refill tube. If you are looking for a home solution, you can purchase the Minisealer.
